Suddenly, a loud groaning could be heard in cell 8, as Rocky began to stir. His head was pounding, hard, and the lights added with trying to get off of the floor made things worse when he first attempted to get up. He mumbled quietly, barely audible but involving his head hurting like hell. He then started speaking a bit louder, but not much to keep his head from hurting even more "Nnnngh......[censored] [censored], can't face me head on and have to resort to a taser to the back..."

He looked, simply put, like hell right now. And he felt like it too, in too much pain to even register that he wasn't alone in the room. His head rose a bit, moving his hand up to shield it from the direct light overhead "Where the hell am I?..."

It was then that Jackie laughed at Athena's question, finding it amusing considering the conditions currently in effect "I was already going to work for the army, before your 'black ops specialists' abducted me. You locked us inside these cages like lab rats, and now you're asking us if we want to join them? Well you can count me out...I'm not going to follow the logic of join what you can't beat, especially when they took my future from me..." Rocky heard her words about being locked in a cage and his eyes opened wide in shock *A...Cage? I'm locked inside a cage?!*

He forced himself up, trying to see his surroundings. He was inside a steel cage, solid walls, and a glass pane like he was there for display. He kept his eyes shielded, trying to adjust to the light, but it wasn't easy. He raised his voice to a tolerable tone, so that he could be heard "...What the hell is this place..." His tone was very assertive, sounding more like he demanded an answer than merely asking for one.

Rebecca

Rebecca groaned as more people started to talk, and she couldn't help but to close her eyes and groan, her hands curling in her hair. After a few moments she climbed to her feet and walked to glass of her cell and put her forhead against it, sighing in releif at how cool it was. After a moment she opened her eyes to see the woman that had spoken, noting the red dress, "And what are you supposed to be, a prom date? I'm interested if it gets me out of this cell, don't even care that you're a girl, easy enough on the eyes." Her remarks were obviously sarcastic, well at least mostly.

Athena

The woman arched an eyebrow at the young woman and shook her head, "They're not mine, and besides, the people whom kidnapped you aren't black ops specialists, I'm one. I'm the end result, the intention of you being here, I'm no longer affiliated with these people other than I used to be a subject, but I'll put you down as a no."

She turned her gaze next to Rocky, "A cell, but I can appreciate the sentiment, as for what this place is. This is an ASRTD facility, that stands for Abnormal and Supernatural Research and Tracking Division. Their main goal is to research beings such as ourselves, humans with a little extra, find ways to harnes, possibly develop new technologies, and prepare us to become black ops specialists."

She was about to respond to rebecca when she suddenly spun and started yelling at the door, "If anyone comes through that door before I say, I'm dropping them." Her head would duck once more and a moment later her demeanor would change once more, "Please stay out, she means it." Again the head would dip, likely making the others think that this woman was insane as once again her demeanor changed.

Turning icy blues on rebecca she'd shrug, "Me, I'm an assassin, and you, you look like you're trying to be batman, a bit sexier though, love the leather." Her eyes would then start to swing back and forth and she'd walk down the aisle so everyone got a good look at her, "Now please, I'm thinking and need some information and that would be who hear really doesn't want to tote the company line here, I have one no already, and I'm assuming my prom date isn't going to be either."

Rebecca would let out a bark of a laugh and then groan as her headache got that much worse, "Sorry, would love to dance, but as for the company line, I've got my own already, tied up with that."

Blood was flowing down Axl's right arm, after he finished with his piercing of his own skin. He rubbed his arm slightly, hoping the bleeding wouldn't last too long. He heard multiple voices from all over, though none of them seemed familiar to him.
The guy in the cell in front of his own had woken up, and seemed like he was capable of speaking now.
´´'Least he wasn't dead...`` Axl thought to himself.
´´'Oy, you awake yet?
Took ya' long enough. D'ya know anything 'bout all o' this s**t?``

Rocky groaned as he looked over at the cell across from him, looking at the man blankly when he heard the question, and replying in an obviously sarcastic tone, his arms crossed "Do you really think I would be in this cell, askin' where the hell we are if I did? Lady-in-red over there just told us, if you were listenin' you would know the whole story. So you might wanna think about payin' attention to the ones that know why we're here, instead of talkin' to the one's that dont." He slowly got up, head still hurting a little bit, but he endured it long enough to walk over to the cot in his cell and sit down, leaning back against the wall. "...[censored]..."

Sidney had calmed down fairly quickly. She was sitting in the corner, hiding her face. She had no intention of moving, speaking, or joining their little group. If she ever did, she would probably betray them for her own freedom and gain. It wasn't that Sidney wasn't a loyal person, there was just few people that she wanted to be loyal to.

She had learned that she was being kept in a room full of other people. like her, they where different, but the brief glances she dared take of the two or three people she could see, she found that she was the most monstrous in appearance.

Sitting up with her face tucked into her knees, she curled up into a little ball. Sidney tried not to think of her mask, her face, or her goggles. That would only make her go into a rage, and get herself into more trouble then she needed to. She would get them back or find something else.

As Axl recieved his reply, he was surprised at how insultingly sarcastic it was. Few people dared to talk like that to him, unless of course they were looking for a fight, which quite clearly wasn't the case here.
´´Well excuse me for trying to find out about this hellhole, I happened to not hear the what that chick said.
Gee willickers, I sure do hope you won't talk to me like that again, I might get insulted.``

Axl did his best to copy the level of sarcasm, being relatively succesful.
´´Not like it matters though, it's pretty f**king obivous that I'm stuck here for a while...``
Axl got up and raised his voice slightly...
´´'Cuz there's no way in hell I'm joining some random faction I just heard off!

(Nikki Tesla)

My head is still spinning a bit; a woman in red apparently wants to recruit us into some sort of Black Ops organization. It sound way to good to be true, way to good; vey much so when it is coming from a Black Op operative herself. The Animal chick across my cell seems to also think the same way, but is there really a choice? “Its like my dad told me when he was on base; used to tell me stories abut SF guys and how scary as hell they are. They go to their little base and then everything’s all below ground, all off the record. Sometimes, even people go off the record, disappear, all black.” I made the analogy the prove a point a bit, but I was still conflicted; should I stay and waste my life away or join up and pray that she is telling the truth. I feel that the latter sounds more like me; I don’t know how exactly patient these guys are, but me, I know I can’t stand to sit and wait in a room to rot, I’d go crazy and end up strangling myself to ease the pain of a mere sound of boredom. There were other things to consider, freaks like us, normal people don’t take them kindly whether we appear human or some sort of furry; would it really be that bad? To disappear from the world entirely, yet still able to exist?
“I like the sound of not existing, vanishing off the face of the earth, sounds ten times better than sitting here only to rot and being prodded by these jokers. But how can I still trust you? Black Ops still do a lot of things that’s considered illegal by all means, like kidnapping. Who’s to say that Black Ops and the Military, FBI or worse CIA is behind all this?” I truly want to be sure, I truly do not want to be walking into a trap, or worse, be called a Quisling. This was a hard decision, stay and rot to be safe or join up and be semi-free.
I crossed my arms to think, my headache is still killing me and that guy half-left of my cell is annoying as all getout; pissing me off. I just might take the offer; due to the amount of shenanigans he is making.
(Decided against that last part and then changed it.)
The ending of the words is ALMSIVI.

A couple of stories up, a long way from the cages with the captured mutants, is the location of one of the many labs in the building. Surgical instruments covered the walls and other contraptions were lining the floor. Screams echoed in the big room, screams of pain and panic. Two scientists clad entirely in white with gasmasks on their faces were standing over a violently shaking bench. Upon the bench, laid Flynn. Tears were streaming down his chins as his screams continued. His chest was one big bloody mess, knife cuts covering his upper body. The scientists paid little attention to his violent struggle and his eyes darted between them, opened to the brim in fear and pain.

"His regeneration ability seems to slow down after a while. Take note of it." One of them said, his voice muffled by his mask. The other one started to scribble on a pad before putting it away and drawing another sample of blood from Flynn's chest. The blood moved irregularly, going up and down the sample tube and scientist two laughed.

"This guy is incredible. Can you imagine what we could do with everything we get from him? It's amazing." The other scientist laughed with him before he laid down his scalpel and took of his gloves. "Let's go. Have the goons put him back in his cell and let's grab some coffee. We can continue when he has healed again."

The two scientists started to walk out of the lab and shortly after they left, two guards came in and started to roll the still crying Flynn out of the room. It didn't take long before they reached a big cell with a reinforced door. The guards untied Flynn and roughly threw him into the cell. The floor and walls were painted with blood from the several times Flynn had been fetched for samples and thrown back. When the guards left and the door slammed shut, Flynn just stayed where he was. This nightmare had been going on for some time now and it felt like it had been days since his capture. He slowly moved towards the darkest corner of the cell and just curled up there, his eyes closed as he sobbed, the pain still fresh in his mind. His body began to heal, every so slowly after the tremendous stress his body had gone through. Would this nightmare never end?

Athena

Walked back towards the door, sauntering once more. Chuckling she shook her head, "Dear, the CIA has nothing to do with this, this is just another agency the goverment put together, I mean you have the FBI, CIA, FDA, DOT, DOD, FEMA, and god know how many other acronyms, each one responsible for something else and seperate from the others, now you have ASRTD."

She continue to the door and then turn about, leaning back against it as she looked from one cell to another, "So we pretty much have a number of resounding no's, and a couple of maybe's because you don't think you have a choice."

Biting her lip she took a few moments to think, it was as she thought, she'd become what she was willing, had cooperated, not because she didn't see another a choice, but because she wanted to, but these people, they had lives, they hadn't been born crazy, they wanted to live the lives that they had. She couldn't stand by and let them be forced into what should be a choice, no she was getting them out of here, but how, now thats what she had to figure out.

While Athena was in mid-thought, A harsh voice piped in from cell 8 while it was silent "They drag me away from my home town, to only god knows where the hell we are, and you're askin' me to join the same group of [censored] that threw me in this cage like a wild animal?" Sure that he had caught the attention of most, if not all of the people in the room, Rocky got to his feet. He was feeling much better now, his head barely hurting anymore, so he walked to the glass pane of the cage, raking his clawed hand against the glass for a short while "Well you can tell those government [censored] to go [censored] themselves, lady...And if you're taking their side..." His eyes started to slit, glaring at Athena menacingly "...Then you can [censored] off too..."

Back in the monitoring room for cells 1-8, Jack was surveying things from the hidden security cameras overhead. He listened to the discussion with a scowl on his face, not liking what Rocky had just said to Athena "...That one looks like he could be a problem...Once Athena leaves the area, I want that boy dragged to solitary, he needs to learn his place..." (if this doesn't match his personality, I'll change it accordingly PF)

Sidney felt the world closing in on her. All the fear and anger in the room made her head buzz. At lest the drug was clearing out of her system. However she felt something new take over, something more dangerous. She stood up, and paced around. Sitting still in her cell was getting to her. Nothing to occupy her mind.

She started to mumble to herself. She never did anything to hurt anyone... or lest not any common person. She mainly targeted thugs or gang members. How could she have been so careless!? She was under the radar! She could have been so for much longer if she minded her own business.

If anything had been in the room, it would suddenly being flipped, smashed or ripped apart. Sidney went on a full tantrum. She stopped to pull at her hair. She mumbled softly to herself. "Don't do this... this is not how we act. They took my Mask... they know what I look like."

Athena

The woman would shape her face in mock shock and then put a hand to her chest at the man's words. Shaking her head she'd let out a huff, "How rude!" But she couldn't help but smile and shake her head, "I'll pass along the message."

A racket came from down the hall and she couldn't help but to walk down there and watch as the woman tore apart her cell. She frowned and watched for a bit, thinking all the time. She had to get them out of here, they didn't deserve this, they didn't want this. Thats when she looked up and noticed the camera, not that she was surprised that it was there, but it gave her an idea.

With that she walked back down the hall and pushed through the doors once she was buzzed out. Jack would meet her on the other side, as she had expected, "I'll be back, they need to settle and think about the offer. I'm going to go upstairs for a bit, maybe to the roof to catch some air..." She'd walk a few steps and when she felt him dogging her steps she looked over her shoulder, "Alone."

The man frowned but he backed up. Now if she remembered right the solitary cells were two floors up.

Jack looked toward the door to the cells and gestured to the guards "Specimen number eight, I want him in solitary...And keep that boy restrained, I want to have a word with him...alone!" The guards nodded and walked into the cell block, while Jack made his way up to solitary confinement, to wait.

A few moments after Athena left, a pair of guards walked into the room, straight to Cell 8. the less burly of the two had a gun at the ready, a pump action shotgun that could blow a huge chunk out of anyone at close range. The larger, tank-like guard walked over to the cell door, ready to unlock and open it "Prisoner 8, against the back wall." Rocky grinned and walked up to the glass wall, glaring at the man who was clearly twice his size "And what if I don't, you gonna shoot me? I thought you guys wanted to recruit us..."

The guard scowled and bent down to eye level, showing a deadpan, careless face, and speaking quietly enough for the cat-eared boy alone to hear "I could care less if you join, or rot in this cell...You aren't the first person to cause trouble here...We've had arrogant punks like you brought here plenty of times...And each one left in a body bag..." Rocky's confident grin faded, pushing away from the window and giving the guard an intimidating look, which he merely dismissed "Step back from the cell door, now..."

"Tsk...Whatever..." Rocky scoffed and turned away from the cell door, walking to the back of the cell and leaning against the wall, crossing his arms "...Happy?" The guard unlocked the door and they both walked in. The armed guard walked to the wall, gun still aimed at Rocky with the safety off while the larger guard approached him directly "Hands behind your head and face the wall." Rocky reluctantly did as instructed, and the guard cuffed him with his hands behind his back. Without much else to do at this point, he had to do as told or risk getting his head blown off.

The guards led him out of the cell, which he walked out with a smug grin "You guys take your jobs way too seriously..." He looked around at the other cells, grinning with an almost animalistic pride "I'll see ya 'round boys and girls, The Man must want to have a word with me..."

About fifteen minutes later, Rocky was hanging by chains inside a small room, a single light bulb glowing dimly in the windowless box. It wasn't long before the door opened, and Jack stepped inside of the room, looking like a silhouette at first before showing himself in the dim light. Rocky looked at Jack and grinned "So, you're the head honcho huh? I was ex-"

He was quickly interrupted with a hard punch to the gut, and a death glare from Jack "Know your place you cocky little brat! You were offered a place in the ASRTD, and instead choose to insult the one who offered it to you and stay in your cell, how stupid can you be?" Rocky coughed from the impact and shifted his eyes to look at Jack "I'm sorry, I was under the impression that freedom of speech was allowed in the U.S. Did you make the decision to take that away, or is this some personal matter?"

His answer was a punch to the face, forcing him to spit blood onto the floor "Keep talking boy, I'm enjoying this little 'talk' of ours." Rocky turned his head to look at Jack with a dark stare, his pupils half-slitted. He glared at the man in front of him, his fanged teeth started to show as a low growl escaped his throat "If I get out of here...You better hope I don't find you, you government pig!"

Jack merely smirked and grabbed Rocky by the throat, gripping him tightly below the jawline "That pride of yours is going to get you killed boy. I'll make sure to be there when that day finally comes, trust me..."

Athena

She'd watched from the shadows, so to say, the point was, she saw the other taken into isolation and watched as Jack entered the room, all that without beeing seen. Once she was sure that Jack was occupied with his discipline, evidenced by the sound of flesh slapping flesh she strode forward, hand going to her thigh and pulling free her sword, giving a flick of the wrist to make the blade extend fully.

She did as she was trained, carefully opening the door, only enough to slide through, and closed it behind her. Jack's back was to her as she had expected. The assassin let him go on for several moments, waiting for her spot. Oh she could have walked in and taken him down, but she did have a bit of a flare for the dramatic. She waited for the man to make some dramatic speech about being there before she stepped forward, blace piercing through the man as she pressed up against his back, lips going to his ear.

She had missed his heart on purpouse, instead catching one of the major arteries, "Unfortunately, you won't, I warned you that this would happen, but you were too busy thinking with your cock to catch the subtle hints, so here's my good bye to you, good riddance [censored]."

Stepping back and to the side she slid her sword free and watched him fall to the floor, coughing up blood as he bled out into his lungs. When he went limp she leaned down and wiped his blood from her blade before retracting it and putting it away. She'd grab the key for the prisoner's shackels and step up to him, looking him in the eye as she reached up and freed him. Once the shackles were removed she's step back and drop the key to the floor, her hands clasping behind her back. Her head would cant and she press her lips together, watching him, waiting to see what he would do.

The sudden shock from watching jack get stabbed and listening to the woman's words snapped Rocky out of his near-feral state, rubbing his wrists where the shackles held him suspended from the ceiling. He looked at Athena dully, as if used to the fact that the woman was there "...Took ya long enough lady...Ya had to wait for the dramatic entrance, didn't ya?" The way he said it hinted that he knew she snuck in the dark room, a clearly acquired ability from his feral half

He crossed his arms and looked at Athena cautiously, tail flicking now and then anxiously as if waiting for something to happen "...What now? Ya gonna just let me walk out of here? They'd kill me the first chance they see me on the loose."
