Looks like a new challenger might be just about ready to appear. That "look" Maddie speaks of may be a costly one.

Those "lizardfolk" look really humanoid to me. Are human/dragon hybrids really a thing?

With magic anything is possible. Maybe the statue is Trace's Final Form.

Nice to see the statue grew a thumb sometime between when I last looked at the stream and the comic getting posted. That was bothering me while he drew it. :P Also, bottom panel right side, looks like bits of stone is coming off, perhaps there's something entombed in the statue about to come out to punish the interlopers?

These two are gonna be in so much trouble. I'm telling on them.
I'm glad we got a better look at the statue, I could not make heads or tails of the face before xD

I imagine lizard-folk are entirely humanoid - they seem like they'd probably be the scaly version of kedrian.

The only dragon-hybrids we've seen are Reni, who's rather clearly also a full dragon, and that cultist, who explicitly used magic to end up that way.

Maddie and Karen have no further use but comedy relief.

And a conflict with the Basitins because something happened would be very interesting...

A plain door, huh? Maybe that's Rose's room...

Also, didn't that map of the world Tom drew up have an area labeled for lizardfolk? Ack, can't recall. I wonder if Trace is going to be forced to confront his killer streak? Flora isn't anywhere near to help him out if he does get a look into that room.

Oh right, I forgot that Reni is part human. Maybe Trace experimented with a way to turn himself into a dragon then.
