One has to wonder if Sythe was such a prominent and well dressed diplomat why was he and flora sent out cross all the human territory without any sort of escort or bodyguards. Sythe looks like a serviceable warrior but my landlord cat is more dangerous than Flora.
That reminds me a theory I have. They were never expected to actually reach their destination. The local wolf nobles may have decided to get rid of this handsome diplomat to get rid of any political competition, and they were probably tired of that annoying ex-slave tiger, two for the price of one. And what better way than to convince them to cross half the continent to form a "alliance" with the tigers. If they get there good allies against the humans if not they would not have to see them again.

Marchin band stock photo (?)

Well if I am not mistaken most marching bands in school wanted to imitate real military bands from the early 20 century. Alas the funding was really inferior hence modern goofy marching uniforms.

Anyhow there are a couple of sketches we missed:
First the colored versions of Nigthtime swim , Serenity interrupted and Kats introduction . Well i gotta say Tom shading, lighting and backgrounds are on a whole new level.

And for the new sketches:
Isn't Collin Sam's employee or something. Because if that is the case, I am calling HR
Next our adult Maeve tries to get Maddie to wear something more revealing she is used to: A bikini with expected results. Also just for the record you could use only one half of the set, that would be less modest without going all around naked.... Also that is a really cheap bikini...
Finally our favorite hybrid and our favorite snow leopard chill an a hotspring spot Pun intended. I am pretty sure this will get colored.

You are indeed correct, and they are actually based on the showy uniforms of the soldiers of earlier times. When I was a Junior in High School, they decided to replace our (more than 20-year-old) uniforms, so we were enlisted to pick the replacements. I came from a military family, so I already knew a fourragère from an epaulette, and ended up learning some interesting additional stuff. Sythe's uniform would be described as a:

"Cadet-style, full-length belted tunic in white, with gold piping and embroidery, matching gloves, shoulder pads, and high standing collar."

Also, it just didn't look quite right without headwear. I thought about adding one of those shiny metal helmets with chin-scales like the Household Cavalry uses, but decided to go with a shako instead:

And on todays sketch Kat and Nora chat About love, relationships, trasnformations, sewing and power dynamics .

As I mentioned before Nora tends to pose some interesting question either by accident or, like in this case, on purpose.
This gives a nice perspective to her motivations, she does not want a mindless puppet at her beck and call she want someone who is genuinely interested in her by his own volition. The fact she is a inmortal dragon just complicates this issue, because, how many of her suitors would have real feeling for her instead of just being scared of what she might do if they turn her down?
On the side of Kat not only his family was her owner but even now that she is a free woman she is just a seamtress and Eric is a very rich businessman/slaver. And, as the grandson of a tailor, I can tell you she won't be making loads of money so there is still a very strong economical disparity between the two. Alas if I am not mistaken Eric hometown was razed while he was sailing and with the destruction of his boat he is basically destitute, despite not knowing yet, so the power dynamics might end up inverting.
What a curious thing.

As someone who has made a lifetime study of relationship power dynamics, both of them have really important points. Kat's concerns are relevant to so much of the romance/erotica genre, and to some extent a power imbalance like that makes true consent impossible. When saying "no" can end with you homeless/jobless/jailed, saying yes has little real relevance. It's simply expected.

Nora has another side of the same thing. She has the power to force or coerce anyone to say yes, it's good that she has the conscience to understand what kind of monster that would make her. But it can, and clearly does, leave her lonely.

Today, we get a Body Swap - Maren and Nibbly!
So, why is Maren upset? That Nibbly is acting that way using her body, or that she didn't do it first?

Karen: How did my body get there?! Don't you go abusing my body squirrel!

Ms. Nibbly: *Enjoys the fluff!*

I am gonna be that guy and point out that ancient egiptians considered hair to be clean and usually shaved their hair. Also as other female Pharaoh s Raine should be wearing a pharaonic (prostethic) beard.

She really is he mother's daughter isn't she?
Anyhow I think that trying to convince Maddie to wear something more revealing than she is comfortable with while wearing something more "covering" herself is a bit mean on Maeve part.

I think he might agree to the high if she can help him find a better seamstress. Those pants look like they just might fall off of him!
