I am surprised, Tom is incredible capable of drawing different motives and situations, from funny to heart-wrenching. And he excels at transmitting emotions through his pieces..

Also i wasn't paying much attention on that part of the comic. what is the necklace supposed to mean?
Is Keith proposing to Natani?

She is a terrible mother anyway you see it.
But she did not ordered Euchre killed after the whole thing went down. Also she decided not to destroy Raine neither before nor after she was born. And considering she was born looking like a keidran and Mary was still head Templar that has to mean she cared for her right?
Let's not forget that she was thoroughly horrified at the idea of Trace having as go with Raine.
And, if my memory serves me right. She took her to Lynn Knoll were they lived as refugees until ephemeral decided to start his over convoluted plan.
So of course she is a terrible mother. Yet she cares about Raine, in a way.
She is definitely a notch above those who sell their new born for drug money. Just saying.

May or may not be canon/subject to change, but during the stream, Tom said that those floating buildings are modern Templar towers; and when I asked if Dragons were still going to be around (possible Nora and/or Reni cameo?) he said yes.

Also, boxes (presumably) full of unsold books and an 'In' basket full of unpaid bills? I like how there is a bit of the story being told here without actually saying anything.

And now, the only thing that could have possibly made the most heartwarming sketch yet even better... color! (Two versions, even!)

Honestly i found the ligthing to be a bit off in the colored version. Alas Keith is holding a magical glowing flower and they are apparently surrounded by some sort of photoluminescet bug...
