We could be looking at a child named after one of Flora's parents then. She certainly remembers her mother at least, though I don't believe either of her parents have had their names revealed to us.

near the start of the comic, Sythe tells Flora that Trace is the one that killed her family, even if he doesn't know who killed them, we can soundly assume they're dead, unfortuantly

Trace doesn't know that many males. He does know a lot of names inding in -aura (by sound) so aurora seems likely, rory if it's male. Especially if tom's slready done concept sketches already, although he did the same with Amelia Riftwall when we got Adira.
