Alt text: Breaking Point

Also, it says "Comic Page for Wednesday, January 23rd, 2014"
I have no idea if that's a common error, though.

I spy with my little eye, Red screwed up things again, because even our new little rodent friend doesn't like his idea at all :P

Now it's up to Raine to keep the group together...appearently she is the onliest Skythe gets on with...

And, dramatic thunder in the background while the only weapon carrying guys are both distracted...the perfect time for a sneaky assassin to strike. :zen:

Well, what should I mention? Love thee squirrel. Also, Red is an idiot.

Anyhow, with five active characters to watch, there are so many amusing things that could happen.

Think about how much easier Zen's job is if Sythe leaves. He could probably just snag Sythe leaving the camp, they could agree to claim that the other humans are all dead (even though that's not the case), and take Sythe back to his uncle, restoring the honor and reputation of the Magi Brothers. Everybody wins! :P

Of course, there's approximately zero chance of that chain of events occurring, but it would wrap things up rather neatly.

Little KiMo is telling [DE] to keep away from her man!

Alright, Raine has reached the height of adorableness with this page. Her hopeful upturned gaze immediately shattered by the bickering of two sleep deprived males was the height of hilarity and gave me quite a good laugh. We also got more insight into Mary Silverlock's thoughts on the coexistence of the two species though I wonder how much of that is Euchre's fault and how much is derived from deep-rooted racial tension.

Oh but where's the fun in that?

Red, the diplomat -_-

I know that prejudice over another race doesn't just disappear, but get it together, man!

Although I do wonder what his mental state is like, considering he's only been able to interact with the exact kind of people that he hates for who-knows-how-long. I'd give an analogy, but I just can't come up with anything that doesn't sound racist or like downright jackassery >.>

It's interesting to note that truces are only as good as the peoples own ability to keep true to them.

Treat people poorly enough and they'll simply walk away from the group for greener fields.

This puts everyone in danger, because Zen was given orders to retrieve Sythe and kill the rest of them. He'll have to work fast to find an opening and do both before he loses track of one of them. But it still remains to be seen if Zen can actually pull off the deed. If we take how he tried to take in Flora instead of killing her, he seems to be a bit of a idealist. Could Raine put a similar wrench in his plans?

On Twitter, Tom wrote:[Comic][789] "Breaking Point" It was probably Red's suggestion that they eat Ms Squirrel that sent him over the edge
Speaking of food, how much do they have anyway? In addition to being deprived of sleep, starvation could also be a key factor in all of the tension.

Also, we have another new announcement.

Is it just me, or did Red just show a little bit of appreciation for Sythe?

I would guess that he grabbed his pants. Wouldn't want to leave them behind, after all.
