Have we ever actually seen this "Barrel Dweller", or is it just something fans have jumped on as 'it must be a guy hiding in a barrel who started the fire'?

Many theorize that the person is Lieutenant Madelyn, aka Stalker Girl.

Has to be a new character. All the existing wolf characters are tied up in other things on the mainland. Could be a dog, but that's arbitrary since we're pretty much convinced it wasn't Evals. After all, why would
he need to hide in the barrell? He could just waltz in there and say to Eric that he's checking the crates for problems if he wanted to, and then leave, and then come back when Eric had left the room if he didn't want Eric to see him setting the fire.

It was still before "****! I knew Eric wouldn't let us go free!" rage so He had no reason to do this.

you guys may want to check again, stalker girl does, in fact, have the correct hairstyle to be the barrel dweller.

Well, this is really close but not enough for me.
Also Barrel dweller seems to be male(Eyelashes).

Both of them are 'Adelaide'. Pretty sure Stalker is younger sister, daughter, niece or the like.
