My heart, it pains.
I mean you can watch them if you want, they're just bad movies. The action scenes are quite good though, and in fairness, I love podracing.

Re: Other Webcomics
I found another webcomic which seems quite intriguing. This one is done by Jive Guru, a TJA regular. I've first seen his artworks around ten years ago when he was in the beginning stages. It is a non-furry webcomic, which began about three years ago, and is primarily SFW but there are occasional NS...

Re: Rant/Vent/sad thread
Eh, alright, but I certainly don't have the time to watch all the Star Wars movies, nor the brain capacity to do so. You don't need to. Watch episodes 4-6 (the original three movies) and be sufficiently aware of the existence of Jar-Jar Binks to regret it, and you'll know all that you really...

Re: Rant/Vent/sad thread
Kia's right, by the way. Speaking of Star Wars, I just had a lengthy conversation with someone who claimed that Star Trek was better than Star Wars. I replied that they were incomparable, and it quickly became obvious to me that he didn't watch Star Trek because of he writing. In fact he even went s...

Re: What made you smile today? Round 2!
Well, today was the one year anniversary of me joining the forum. It feels like hardly any time has passed at all, but wow how time has flown! I joined the forum during a time when I was feeling down and this place helped me feel better. I'm very glad I found this comic, this forum and this communi...

Re: How does one find out how to branch their story or to find out where a story should go
I took a creative writing course last year and there were some good exercises I did which forced me to think in a different way about how a story or narrative progressed. As far as plot goes: What are your characters' motives? What will they try to do to achieve those motives? This might not always ...

Re: What made you smile today? Round 2!
A year and eleven days ago marks the day after my girlfriend's house burned down. She is much happier than I could have ever hoped she would be after that. I'm proud to say I am a major reason for the gradual upswing of her mood. It's silly, but I am proud. The night of the fire I went to a ball wi...

Lots of character in this new page, very nice. And great work on the new front-end. Still feels like the old two kinds website with a more modern functionality.

Okay, I'll be honest. This makes sense but I wasn't expecting it.

There's a rather promising potential at more than a few jobs in my city. In particular IBM, who has an interest in Cognitive Science students like myself. For the first time in a long while I feel qualified for a job application outside of basic retail.

Re: Comic Page for January 26th, 2017
I have to say, with all the characters in a page for the first time in a while, it's nice to see how distinctive they all look these days. Keith and Nat especially, but I feel like this page really captures their different styles nicely.

Re: Fall Writing Competition 2016
Out of curiosity, was there more detailed or directed critique for our pieces? It would be great to know/have verified where I could improve. Yes; as I said, I will be sending out each judge's full grading sheet to each author over the next week or so, as time allows. Oh, you did say that, my bad. ...
