Re: What made you smile today? Round 2!
I broke a brake vacuum booster, and fixed it with a tire iron. All while still installed, and in a minivan, so it doesn't come out. In the process of doing so, I learned that the problem with the brakes originated from the master cylinder, not the booster as previously thought. Van still drives like...

Zootopia trailer Yeah, you can guess how the furry community's reacted. The only recent Disney movie that's looked remotely entertaining. Thanks for sharing that. I wouldn't have found it otherwise. I'll be sneaking off to see that in the movies. That is going to be one great movie, if only for the...

Don't worry. The only way I got mileage that good was by sticking to the double-nickel and under. And that includes that last ride, which was at 45 max, I believe.

Re: Random quotes V.2.0
I ran sound for a gig last night/this morning. "Man, I'm exhAUSTED." "You should be. Ya been hittin' things with sticks all night." "Yeah, I know. And it was AWESOME!" - Note, he said 'awesome' in an almost fanboy tone. The funniest stuff happens at right about 2:00 AM,...

Re: Rant/Vent/sad thread
It appears that I may become responsible for formatting the last computer files in existance from my mother. Her dusty old XPS laptop is running some kind of virus that I can't get rid of, and my only option is a format and reinstall with the original disks, which I have. Memories in the form of fil...

I'm back to a computer with a keyboard! .. with 8.1, no background, and a cursor that fades in and out.
My motorcycle got a great tank of gas last time I filled it, average 64 mpg over 214 miles, the furthest I've ever gone. Not bad for an '83.

For some reason, I always pictured Sayyaf as being about 3 inches shorter than everyone else... Odd.
Well done, Jed. I readilly await the day I have time to read more of the next book.

Re: A few questions on fursona and fanfics
One of the great things about a fursona is that you can to whatever the heck you want with it, and there ain't a person on the planet that can tell you wrong.
Aside from that, follow copyright laws and such. or legal hell may or may not rain down upon you.

Rode motorcycle nearly out of gas for the first time, 213 miles this tank. Farthest tank yet. Last trip was 12 miles through woods.

Re: Comic for June 11 2015
I believe I recall Flora saying something near the beginning of the comic to the effect of there being reptilian species, but they aren't considered Keidran. Keidran only come in canine and feline varieties. You remember the important things. There are "merfolk" (supposedly) in the oceans...

Re: Comic for June 11 2015
Are you sure you're a full-blooded tiger, Flora? Something doesn't quite add up! I was wondering the same thing. Flora doesn't have a snout like any other tiger in the comic (except in earlier pages when she was acting feral, she suddenly got one). Even her stripes are more solid than these other t...

Re: Dreams
I had this sort of Hotel Transylvania sort of dream, where there we this secret underground room with tons of weird stuff.. like dimensional portals and ancient artifacts. And doors that lead to the other side of the room. It was the best real dream I've had in a while, because usually all I get is ...

Welp, my jaw hit the floor.
You know something? I bet that Keidran squad is more deadly to Trace than any human ever will be... Dude, hide, because you are SOOO BONED if they find you!
And the squad of warriors stumbled upon their worst enemy, alone and defenseless...

Re: Rant/Vent/sad thread
Well there you go then. The RCA is for recording, or otherwise needs a separate amp. Try either modding the existing speakers or playing it through a computer's mic in jack.Country Joe wrote:It does have built-in speakers and the RCA outputs are line-out, not speaker out.

Re: Rant/Vent/sad thread
I didn't mean with subwoofers. I meant with bass in general. The record player's speakers have no bass, mainly compared to my old speakers. As for the speaker problem, I plugged some small speakers (from a little stereo system I have) into the RCA output (I didn't mean jacks, that was the wrong wor...
