If you were interested, I could suggest a method for fixing the arm thing. Given that the background is a solid colour blend through out the piece, you can take a sample of the background from the same level on Kat's left and paste it over Trace's arm. I hope that helps. Flora is fully pregnant. However, no timetable has been publicly established as to when she will be due to deliver.
