A new Razer mouse.

After about 2 hours of messing with my computer this morning I finally discovered what was wrong with it. I had a memory issue and had to remove one of the sticks. All my money is tied up in bills, my car and some planned events so I probably won't get a replacement for a few months.

Discovered Janda situps tonight. I haven't been getting great results with the few different ab workouts I've been doing. I managed to pull off 6 of these situps and my abs are pretty tight and sore. Going to work these into my power lifting workout and slowly start adding weights to it.

I found out my one rep max in bench press is 195 tonight! Gonna be pushing that number higher and higher over the next few months.
