Is Kats shirt sheer? You can see her spots through it. And if so, Why would they have such a NORMAL looking shirt in so flirty a fabric?

So if the two on the right are mother and daughter, Wouldn't that mean that King Adelaide is acting as mother to Maddie? Or is Maddie a Princess?
