Re: Comic for November 6th, 2019: Growing Apart

Hm? I think the sequence is pretty clearly 'Zen is putting on a brave face, then hangs up on Natani and lets his sad-sackiness out.' But like, what's he doing here? He doesn't want to talk to Natani about what he's feeling, and wants to keep what he's feeling from Natani... but he's got no problem ...

Re: Sketch of the Day

It might depend on the climate as well. Human tribes in hotter climes in the real world also tend toward having little to no concept of privacy. Is that really "hotter climes", or is it "cultures with lighter construction"? After all, if you don't have interior walls in your home, Mom & Dad don't h...

I was never doing that. I just feel that it gets kinda... same-y. It'd be nice to get more lore pieces, more character interaction. After a while, the parade of lewds and bewbs loses its appeal.
Me, I'd prefer less side art of any sort and more story.

Re: Comic For October 5, 2019: Lesson Over, Class Begun

The one thing though that seems awkward is Raine calling her "Ms. Roselyn" instead of "Cousin Rose". It seems out of place, even ill mannered. But I guess you could blame it on the fact that she just learned who she is and isn't used to it yet. Also that Rose is effectively the mistress of the hous...

Re: Sketch of the Day

My biggest gripe with Keiren is his name. As little respect for keidren as most humans seem to have, nobody would come that close to naming a kid after the species.

You lost me there.
Sounds like it would fit in either ITMA or The Goon Show.

Instead of Red saying "I'm ok" from a pile of rubble it be "yes dear"
Or "Thank you, Bishop, I would like another pint of concrete."

Nope, in every panel where we see Raine's arms or shoulders they remain furry.

"Well, that worked - although not in the way I expected."

Like people in the real world say "thank god" or "oh my god" without necessarily literally thinking "oh yes, I am thanking God!".
"It's days like this that I thank God that I'm an atheist."

Well, at one time Trace was flirting rather seriously with Maren. That's how Karen got the ears. Thing is... I'd bet against it being Evil!Trace that flirted with her. And it certainly wouldn't have been while he was married to Saria. Or while isolating himself after she died. So... apparently Evil!...

Along the same lines, both Euchre and Rose travel from wolf keidran lands to Edinmire on the complete opposite side of the continent, yet arrive in what seems like a very short time (it being autumn when Euchre leaves, and by the time Rose gets there in the winter he's already been there long enoug...

Re: Comic for August 17, 2019: Fitting Form

As far as Keiren goes, I don't think he's an idiot, but he's not exactly the wisest, most competent military officer. Well, there's a war with the wolves. The gung-ho military types would go for the army. The really good town-militia officers would be drafted into the army. I would presume that Kei...
