Re: Comic for July 14, 2019: Brutus

I thought Bastians only cared about covering the ankles? am I missing something about pants here? why is Matty caring about his pants when the ankles are the only thing that they consider to be naked if not covered? I think that was mostly Alaric taking advantage of loopholes in the law. The ankles...

Re: Comic for July 14, 2019: Brutus

I think there are two possible reasons why Clovis would send his right-hand wolf on a mission like this. 1. Brutus is expendable. I don't think this is the case since Clovis clearly is attached to Brutus. 2. He thinks sending Brutus increases chances of success. If so, Brutus likely isn't as dim as...

Re: Comic for July 14, 2019: Brutus

What're the odds that this is all an elaborate plan by Tom to use Brutus in Clovis's eventual downfall/doom and get an "Et tu Brute?" gag?

Oh my stars, he's just adorable! And clearly voiced by Patrick Warburton.
Yeah, I can get behind this.

Re: What made you smile today? Round 2!

I'm super duper happy. Just got my CCL certificate for Audio Production Technologies this morning! Hopefully by the end of spring I'll finally be able to walk to get my Associates in it, and then I'm considering turning it into a Bachelors in business.I know it's only a CCL, so it's nothing incredib...

Re: Comic for June 29th, 2019: Checking on the Prisoner(s)

Just a note here. Both Eastern and Western Basitins are militaristic communities to their core. Military life and conflict between the two communities is so essential that when one side begins to gain too much of an advantage over their counterpart, they actually back off and let the other side rec...

Re: What made you smile today? Round 2!

Been a while since I posted in here! Anywho, I'm taking a cram class in journalism right now and my first topic was/is for me to write a researched piece on a controversial topic. I asked my folks for some potential topics and these are their answers. Mom: "Maybe you can write about ISPs and interne...

And that makes them not very adaptable, they require constant orders and a clear chain of command to operate, well the least "tropical" ones do. And I figure they are mired in military bureaucracy and "doing things by the book" and when confronted with disaters, such as half of the top brass dying ...

Re: Sketch of the Day

Firstly is Two Kids in a Trenchcoat . Maddy and Maeve don't know how lucky they are to get someone who doesn't care... Most people making one or two minimum salaries are not paid enough to care. Unless it will keep it awake at night or in a police cell it is a hard Meh most of the time. For sure. W...

Re: Comic for June 15, 2019: Different Lizard

"Thank goodness, it's just a dragon." You will only ever hear this sentence once. Yeah, but according to Tom during the stream, it's actually not just a line for gags about Basitin bravery/cockiness. In the world of TwoKinds, dragons are seen as fairly benign creatures. Although they are generally ...

Re: Comic for June 9, 2019: Relearning Control

Just popping in to clear up the "Raine's humanity?" question. Tom has mentioned many times before that she is strictly human. She has no amount of keidran within her bloodline whatsoever due to Euchre's literal perfect transformation that she then inherited but gained little to no control over. Rain...

Re: Comic for May 20, 2019: Conquering the Inner Wolf

Just a quick note to those saying that the whole sink or swim methodology is a bit harsh/extreme. Tom did this intentionally, he mentioned that living with Evil Trace has somewhat warped Rose's moral compass. And personally, I think this is fairly right in line with her character. Remember, this is ...

Re: Sketch of the Day

I believe the sketch is meant to imply that Maeve is best girl, given the award around her neck. I thought conspiracy theorism of this sort might emerge. If you look closely, Kat is holding the Best Girl Award behind her back. Maeve's confused look clearly indicates that Kat surprised Maeve by putt...

Re: Comic for March 9th, 2019: Roselyn's Spider-Web

Has anyone postulated that it might be the original Trace hanging up there? We know that Souls can be tampered with, so is it possible that to control Trace such soul magic was employed? Perhaps the reason "Good" Trace has no memory is that he's merely a vessel given form to hold what remained of t...

Re: Sketch of the Day

Is there really any point in making a reference sheet for a deceased character? I have to wonder if Tom's not quite done with her. To be honest, I'm not a huge giant fan of the ref sheets in general. The little character traits tidbits are cute, but I feel like there's considerably greater potentia...
