Re: What do you collect?
Thought I'd update this since my hobbies and collections have evolved quite a bit since my OG post on here. My main obsessions to collect (or at least try to) are firearms and militaria. So far, while I don't have a lot (yet) I do have some things I am quite happy with. My favorite firearms I've man...

Re: (Not so) New Pup
Welcome, glad to have you. I do miss when this site was more active, but at least the comic is still going strong I suppose. Who knows, maybe one day this site will liven up again. I myself have been reading and on here since 2011, which definitely is starting to feel like a lifetime ago. Care to ta...

Re: The Adoptive Father: Chapter 11 Part 1 now up
Thank you for reading and offering some of your thoughts, Bellhead. I appreciate you still showing interest in this little story of mine :D As for those thoughts, you hit some key points right on the head. I do recall your previous comments about our villain and the Templars of this story, that they...

Re: The Adoptive Father: Chapter 11 Part 2 now up
Hello everyone. As promised, here is the next part of Chapter 11, and released within this decade. This one is a bit lengthy but I'm rather happy with how it turned out. I hope you enjoy the read. Chapter 11 Part 2 The family looked at one another curiously after the first series of knocks upon the ...

Re: The Adoptive Father: Chapter 11 Part 1 now up
Well, thank you, Elemental Templar. That makes me quite happy to read. I'm so glad that people still enjoy this and remember it fondly. It was honestly looking back on the story and how people responded to it that helped motivate me to get back to writing. I'm no great writer by any means, but I do ...

Re: The Adoptive Father: Chapter 11 Part 1 now up
Thank you for your feedback, Bellhead. I certainly have tried my best to make the Templar seem evil in a very human way as opposed to cartoonish. I'm glad you appreciate that effort. I also want to thank you, and anyone else who reads and comments, for helping inspire me to pick up writing again. No...

Re: What made you smile today? Round 2!
After what must be 8 months I have finally found time to come on here and catch up with the comic and poke though the forums! A few major life events have happened in that time. I've managed to buy a place with my partner and have spent a good deal of time decorating and such in preparation for the...

Re: The Adoptive Father: Chapter 11 Part 1 now up
Chapter 11 Part 1 Lunch was eaten, the children went to their room to work on their writing, and Ron went to work in his study. Isabell, intending to work on her homework as well, was finishing up cleaning from lunch. She felt eyes on her and turned around to find William standing behind her with a...

Re: The Official Coming and Going Thread
Hi ho all!
Man, it's been a hot minute. Sure, I've lurked in the shadows like a creeper checking in from time to time to see how things are going, but hadn't posted in a long time.
Well, here's to changing that up!
Hopefully I'll be more active and less awkward this time around

Hadn't been here in a while either. Man, strange to be back. Glad to see this and some other old jokes are still running.
Yeah, that's good old neutral alright.
Who will post next I wonder?

Honestly, still loving Fallout: New Vegas. It's a classic that I keep coming back to and sinking so much time onto (suck it FO 4 & 76).

Re: What do you collect?
Well, thanks to good ol' Fallout, I collect bottle caps. Not a large collection yet, but I do have a small keep sake box full of them. Between them and ammo, I should have my post nuclear war money ready should the need arise

Re: "REAL" Firearms thread (no politics please)
At present, I currently own a Mosin Nagant 91/30 made in 1943 and a Henry repeating rifle in .22 caliber. The Mosin has it's original matching spike bayonet and an original Soviet era sling, both of which I find add to the over all appearance of the weapon. I am happy about having recently found a C...

Re: Gears Of War 4
Happy to see some actual campaign footage, the multiplayer looks nice and all but I am more concerned about the campaign itself. Love the atmosphere they make in the footage, definitely makes you feel the distance between the Locust war and this new war. The skeletal remains of long gone COG soldier...
