Well if it's the animating that's the big problem, why not cut it out and just do a radio play? That's what the folks over at The Pheonix Requiem did, if I recall. Seemed like a good idea. The schedule is basically drawing the comic on Tuesday night, posting it on Wednesday. Of course, many things can happen on a Tuesday night so he might miss a week every now and then.
