There's one thing that I find a bit annoying: In other forums, a quote has a link back to the quoted post. Is there any particular reason why it isn't here?

Needs less jpeg WAAAY less jpeg. I'm sorry but the jpeg compression makes that look like total crap. If you have access to the source, considerer resaving as png, ifnot use a jpeg artefact removal tool.
